Oblique Front View
Here's a closer look at the front end of the telescope. The
corrector lens assembly, focuser with
eyepiece and dovetail finder bracket are easily seen. The power switch for
the fans is in front of the finder bracket.
Just below the finder bracket are two 12V power jacks. They are used to
provide the DC power for the fans and are wired in parallel so 12V is
available for a guiding eyepiece or CCD camera.
